Thien Nguyen is an award-winning photographer , engineer, freediver, he’s currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Thien has a passion for travel & diving to capture aspects of life and natural world from above & below the surface, with the hope to use his imagery to inspire his communities & future generations to protect our incredible natural world and its wildlife.
Along with his travel and ocean photography, Thien is also working as manager for a French multinational corporation that specializes in digital automation and energy management.
Thien started his photography path since 2017, by joining & learning from National Geographic’s photo community (Your Shot), and achieved 18 Natgeo published photos within 03 years. For upcoming years, he continued achieving many remarkable international photography awards & prizes such as:
